Tyler Terrell Williams is a visionary entrepreneur, executive, and investor with over 20 years of success in the social entertainment, restaurant, and design industries. As CEO of Luxe Modern Designs and a financial partner in numerous ventures, Tyler is known for transforming bold ideas into thriving destinations. From high-end lounges to award-winning restaurants, he brings a rare combination of creative vision, operational expertise, and construction savvy.

Widely recognized as one of the Southeast’s leading figures in hospitality design and development, Tyler has led multiple acclaimed projects across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He is also the managing partner of Social Life Hospitality Group, a firm specializing in acquiring and scaling operational venues for investor clients. His past work includes concept development for iconic venues like Twist, AJA, and Shout, and ongoing projects like Topgolf Swing Suites and Twisted Pye.

A recipient of multiple honors—including the Metro Atlanta Service Award and USA Today’s Georgia Businessman of the Year—Tyler is also a published author and active member of several business chambers and networks. His deep understanding of branding, marketing, and team leadership has made him a sought-after figure in both hospitality and design.

Michelle Phelps is a powerhouse real estate broker and multi-state licensee with a proven record of success across both residential and commercial markets. With licenses in six states and over $30 million in total sales during 2023 and 2024, Michelle has built her reputation by guiding first-time homebuyers with expertise, empathy, and unmatched market knowledge.

Her sharp eye for opportunity also extends into commercial real estate, where she specializes in investment properties and business acquisitions. In addition to her real estate career, Michelle is the owner and operator of a thriving wrap, tint, PPF, and film supply shop in Tucker, GA—serving the Southeast's growing demand for premium vehicle and commercial surface films.

Before entering real estate in 2019, Michelle spent eight years excelling in surgical sales. Her drive, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit were sparked early in her career when she spent eight seasons cheering in the NFL, including a Super Bowl championship with the Seattle Seahawks—a formative experience that ignited her passion for excellence and leadership.

Now a licensed real estate broker, Michelle continues to expand her impact, empowering clients and building businesses with the same tenacity and professionalism that have defined her diverse career.

Cameron Peterson is a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate negotiator known for his sharp legal insight, relentless drive, and commanding presence at the negotiation table. A former Division I football player at Troy University, Cameron earned his degree in Criminal Justice and Anthropology before launching a corporate career in security and compliance with a Fortune 2 company. There, he mastered contract analysis and legal language—skills that now give him a powerful edge in real estate and business deals.

Cameron's motto—"It's not about what you say, but how you say it"—reflects his deep understanding of communication, leverage, and execution. His competitive edge was forged early, playing Pop Warner football in Alabama and later carrying that same grit and discipline into every endeavor he takes on. Resilient, focused, and results-driven, there’s no challenge too big for Cam to handle.

Today, he is the owner and operator of Luxe Wrap Stars and Luxe Films in Tucker, GA—one of the Southeast’s most successful wrap, tint, PPF, and film supply shops.
